Oprah, Love Your Body To Lose The Weight
Oprah, how do you feel about your body right now? It's not the fit and toned 160 pound body that you had a few years ago. Will you wait until you "get your body back" to love your body, or can you love your body right now, no matter what it weighs? This is the body that you have today, and you have two choices: loathe it or love it. What purpose does body loathing serve?
